Meet our Spotlight of the Week: Mor Sky

Mor Sky is a devoted Trenchie and we had the opportunity to ask her a few questions about her life and personal fashion style at our last Trench Party.

Mor was born on July 27th and is originally from the North of Israel. At the moment she lives in Florentine, Tel Aviv. Mor studied at Shenkar College in the Textile Design Department. It's why she loves prints so much! She works at Delta Galil as a Development Coordinator. Mor loves anything and everything creative! She likes drawing, photography and Hola Hooping! It's a great and fun activity she tells us. Maybe we'll give it a shot ;-)

Trench: Mor, thanks for letting us interview you. We have a few questions we'd like to ask. Are you ready?

Mor: Yes! Fire away!

Trench: If you had $1,000 how would you spend it?

Mor: Definitely on a good vacation and some place tropical place with great food ( A MUST). I love to travel and I have a list of places I want to visit. I would like to go to Mexico or Portugal for my next destination.

Trench: Who is your fashion style icon?

Mor: For a classic pic - Jane Birkin. For a bit more updated icon, I'd have go to for Lizzy Caplan.

Trench: What is the one wardrobe essential you can’t live without?

Mor: A midi skirt which goes great with any top and it's perfect for the summer.

Trench: Do you have a favorite fashion label?

Mor: I recently discovered the colorful - crazy label 'Tata Naka'. Designed by Georgian-born identical twins, they have great prints. I also love what Mary Katrantzou is doing - I think she is a genius when coming to prints and eye illusions.

Trench: Wow! We'll have to check them out! If you could change closest with anyone in the world, who would it be?

More: Probably Alexa Chung! I'm sure she have the coolest items in her closet, and a lot of them.

Trench: If you could divide up your closet 4 different ways, how would you do it?

Mor:

Romantic- mostly light dresses and skirts, floral prints and pale colors.

Boho - almost like romantic but more edgy and hippie with a twist.

Evening - upgraded item for going out, I prefer comfortable over fancy, and i don't wear heels even that I'm shorty.

Sporty - For Yoga / Pilates, like printed glowing leggings and nice tops ( I wish it could help me to do more exercise)

Trench: What’s in your bag right now?

Mor: My laptop from work (I hate to have it with me actually but sometimes I must), red lipstick, my wallet, an extra hair claw and an apple :-)

Trench: What is your at the top of your “wish list”?

A great boho-maxi dress, printed and very colorful, for sure - and it must not be too long.

Trench: When you can’t think of anything to wear, what is your go-to outfit?

Mor: Basic dress, not too short not too long, always comfy and you can add a nice necklace / earrings / red lipstick and you're totally dressed up.

Trench: Mor, thank you so much. It was such a pleasure speaking with you!

Mor: This was so fun! Thanks for asking me to be Trench's Spotlight of the Week! I had a blast :-)
